Sandoz: Jayeeta Chatterjee appointed as Head – HCM Transformation

Jayeeta Chatterjee has joined Sandoz as Head – HCM Transformation (P&O).

In a recent LinkedIn post, Chatterjee said“I’m delighted to share that earlier this month, I joined the People & Organization team at #Sandoz as Head – HCM Transformation. Chatterjee is a global HR leader with over 20 years of experience transforming HR practices and delivering impactful, sustainable change in multinational organizations. Throughout her career, She has led large-scale HR technology transformations, developed talent strategies, and advanced employee engagement programs that drive organizational resilience and success.

Before joining Sandoz, Jayeeta Chatterjee spent over a decade at Novartis, most recently served as Executive Director – HR (Global Process & Solution Lead, Workday Implementation). She previously worked at JPMorgan Chase as Assistant Vice President – Human Resources, and began her career with roles at Bank of America, Citibank, and Globsyn Technologies.
