राजस्थान चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य सेवा नियम 1963 के अन्तर्गत समस्त संवर्गों के चिकित्सकों द्वारा Higher study application / Interview / Examination/ Selection / Foreign visit आदि के प्रकरणों के समस्त No Objection Certificate राज्य सरकार स्तर से ही जारी किये जायेंगे | अनुमति लिए बिना उक्त कार्य करने पर कार्यवाही होगी |
NOC for foreign visit by Government employees
If any government Employee/official want to visit abroad than he/she have to take permission (No objection certificate) from government. Only after getting this NOC he/she can obtain visa from country being visited.

Permission to Non Gazetted staff will be granted by Additional Director Non Gazetted (AD-NG) only for any duration, no need to send file to secretariat.

Application format is attached below, fill this form, make signed by your PMO/CMHO and forward to concerned authority –
For Doctors – Forward to Director Public Health
For Other staff – Additional Director Non Gazetted

Passport of government employees
Passport is essential in life for foreign visits, every doctor must have it, but after joining government service it is very tough job to making a passport. In the end you would realize that medical college was right time to make passport because that time you did not need any NOC/PIL/Annexures.
But we here to help you so that all related format and Guidelines are here –
Fill PIL ANNEXURE ‘H’ and paste a good looking ‘Passport size’ photo on it and duly signed by your Officer In-charge (Hospital in charge/ BCMO/ PMO/ CMHO) and HOD in case of In-Service Resident.

Passport office doesn’t take any document from you, they only scan all the documents.
PIL – Prior intimation letter, in form of Annexure H, so now no NOC needed from department, you have to just intimate them only.
After filling Annexure H send one copy to Director Public Health by email as an intimation
