Glenmark Pharma names Anurag Mantri as Global CFO

Mumbai: Glenmark Pharma has announced the appointment of Anurag Mantri as an Additional Director (Whole-Time
Director – Designated as Executive Director) and Global Chief Financial Officer of the company.

“Based on the recommendations of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration
Committee, the Board at its Meeting held has approved the appointment of Mr. Anurag
Mantri (DIN: 05326463) as an Additional Director (Whole-Time Director – Designated as
Executive Director) and Global Chief Financial Officer, subject to the approval of Shareholders,
for a term of 5 (Five) consecutive years effective from 27th May, 2025 to 26th May, 2030,
liable to retire by rotation,” Glenmark said in a BSE filing.

The Company shall seek the approval of Shareholders through Postal Ballot/ General Meeting for the same. 

The decision follows the early retirement of V.S. Mani from the post of Executive Director & Global Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from close of 26th May, 2025.

Further, Mantri will be part of Risk Management Committee in place of V.S. Mani with effect from 27th May, 2025.
